Impeccable Timing

I was searching through tumblr, and I saw this kind of lay out, and it thought it was simple yet effective, so I thought I'd try it out.

I hope these kind of quotes become a cliche kind of teenage trend because I can say that I genuinely admire John Green and his work. I also commend Hank Green for his brilliant work on youtube and just the interweb in general.
 
I am currently into my 5th week of year 11 and I can already say that it is pretty intense. I've been stressed over my subjects for quote some time, being palmed off to one teacher to another in order to help me make an 'informed' decision and it's just a little rough that's all. I know they mean well but I'm just use to being told what to do, I'm not use to this kind of freedom, and it's putting a lot of pressure on me. I'm going to try take up writing as of now, to help me improve on my English because it's probably one of my worst subjects and I just wish I was good at it because I get such a thrill out of reading but when it comes to writing I just screw up everything and I mess up.
 
I just hope I don't break this year.

The title is completely irrelevant to the set but it's what I'm utterly obsessed with lately. Vanilla rice pudding to be more specific.
 
A quick recap of late last year and the start of this year. I'm hoping to reinvent myself this year, and I'm already certain that will not turn out completely as I want it to go because I'm still stuck in my bad ways and old habits. Continuing to procrastinate and over indulge on everything I can get my hands on. Belly control yourself. I had a wonderful Christmas, I received a lot of perfume and fragrances which makes me a little self concious of my body odor but at least I know that I'm all set for the year when it comes to fragrances. Hmm, I went to the harbour in Sydney on the 31 of December and watched the New Years fireworks.
 
I don't really have any New Years resolutions this year, but then again I never do. I don't really see a point in them, I mean I sound like a hypocrite because early I told you I was going to 'reinvent' myself, but that's never going to happen hur hur. Anyway, why should you have to wait until the beginning of the year to change your habits? It's just an excuse to hold it off for a longish time. You just have to have the motivation to do it in your current time, ha, motivation, something I lack in immensely.
 
My birthday is in t minus.. 3 days, 4 for you Amuuricans out there and everyone on that side of the earth. Hmm, other than that nothing to extravagant is happening in my life, but then again nothing ever is. I'm a pretty sad person. Anyway, enough of my sad sad life. I hope you all have a wonderful and prosperous New Year and I love you all!

If you've read Colleen Hoovers book series 'Slammed' and 'Point of Retreat' you'd understand the title. I sometimes think I'm a little weird because I always title my sets with things I only understand or have my own little inside joke about which is pretty pathetic, because like.. I have to share inside jokes with myself.. ha. ALSO THE TITLE HAD NO RELEVANCE TO THE SET hahaha I should seek medical help.
 
But yes, you should all definitely check out those books, they're wonderful. They're both tragic and romantic and I must confess that I'm just the biggest sucker for those kinda dramatic lovey dovey ones. CHICK LIT FTW. Okay I'll stop embarrassing myself now.
 
I want to spent the majority of my holidays reading and drawing because this year I've just been spending too much time on technology and not enough time with like, creative and peaceful kind of things so yes I'm going to start. If you have any book recommendations please feel free to shoot me a message or comment on here and I'll be sure to check them out (:

Also, I'd like to mention that Perks has STILL not come out and I was stupid for having even the tiniest shred of hope towards my movie theatre.

Okay, so the title doesn't really relate to the set but I thought I'd bring up my frustration regarding the 'film' not the book.
 
The reason I'm frustrated is because the theatre in my town won't screen the movie. I've been waiting early this year for the film to come out on September 22. Then it was pushed to September 29, and then somewhere in the middle of October and I don't even know when in November, but last week they officially promoted the trailer on tv for late November, I think the 29th of something and STILL nothing. Now I've just found out that they MAY have it tomorrow, not certain (I doubt they will) but if they don't screen it I will be a very unhappy chappy.
 
I'm sorry if you didn't want to read that but my patience is wearing thin.

So it's finally December and I just realised how fast this year has gone (just like every other year) and Christmas is coming up soon and gosh, summer and just everything all at once.
 
Well, wince I'm in the mood I guess I may as well share to you all my Christmas list! I probably won't get anything from it but hey, I don't mind.
 
- Fairy lights
- Bicycle (a new one, because I have a silly old rusty push bike I haven't ridden for YEARS)
- A plastic pot plant (I don't even know..)
- A desk
- Book vouchers, or just books in general.
- Canvas tote bags (blank or printed I don't mind)
- DFTBA/nerdfighter tees, posters merchandise
- A new school bag, preferably beige or a neutral colour.
- New pair of white converses, low tops. I lost mine, I don't know how.
- A new paint set, along with paint brushes.
- Stationary. Errybody loves stationary.
- Food vouchers (I know you're probably like "Whaaa?" but I mean, if I can get clothes, book and other item vouchers why can't I get food vouchers? Grocery shopping and food shopping is my favourite type of retail therapy.)
- TV series box sets (American Horror Story,
- Cook books (For some reason, I have like a bunch of cook books, I never actually MAKE anyting from them, I just like having them.) Nigella Lawson..
- Round rim sunglasses, preferably big (I have a disgusting'y square face, and normally the glasses I buy look incredibly small and I just hate it.)
- Dainty floral bed spread, blue and white.
- Grass carpet mat (Self explanatory really their carpet mats that look like grass and it just looks really cool.)
 
I'm aware this list is incredibly long, and the things on here are expensive but that's why I don't have my hopes too high haha. Aww well, I can dream.
